How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. We are currently prioritizing Face Coverings for the fastest delivery. We ship these from Spain & it takes 3-5 days to receive them within EU. Other items may take 2-4 weeks. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more detail.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
Since we have more than one warehouse, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
